How to do business with us:
Please email your inquiry, notes, drawings, expectations to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you. We quote based on straight time and materials. You can also call 360-329-2250, but for job inquiries, we're likely to respond faster to email.
Business customers, please email your resale permit, we'll offer terms. We'll need the resale permit prior to shipping your parts. For taxable sales, unless otherwise agreed, we expect payment in advance by credit card.
We don't need purchase orders for small projects, but if your organization requires a PO in order to pay us, then yes, we require a PO :-)
We prefer check payment. Credit cards are OK if that makes it easier to pay us. Please let us know up front.

We ship UPS every day, with a volume discount which we pass on to you.
LTL freight service is available for items that can't ship by UPS.
You're welcome to pick up parts in person, or visit the shop during weekday business hours. Please email or call to make an appointment.
